I finished it !!!!!

I have completed my Ripple. In my push to finish it over the weekend I overdid it. Now my hands are achy, my knuckles swollen, my tendonitis acting up, and the circulation not too good. I'll rest them for a few days and they'll recover.

Here are the stats...

Yarn: Caron Simply Soft Brites in Lemonade, Limelight, Blue Mint, Berry Blue, Grape, Watermelon, Papaya, and Mango.

Hook: Size H real cool wooden hook, Ebony or Rosewood

Size: 48" wide and 63" high

Pattern: Malibu Ripple from 200 Ripple Stitch Patterns

Color Sequence:
designed by my friend Dianna. All eight colors in sequence for a total of four repeats.

Beautiful, reminds me of a color pattern designed by God - does he have copyright? :-)

Renee,
I belong to a tri-loom weaving group and one of the members has just completed a shawl in Caron Simply Soft Brites Papaya. Unfortunately, she ran out of yarn while fringing her shawl, and that color has been discontinued. Would you have any papaya yarn left over from your afghan?
Carol
P.S. Your afghan is really nice. The colors are really bright and tropical looking and makes me wish I was on a tropical island instead of frigid cold Illinois!
