I am a new member of this blog site and wanted to share the ripple afghan I am making. I have visited and left notes many times but never took the time to join the members list. I am using scraps, a "J" hook and the easy pattern found at Easy Ripple Afghan to make this scrap afghan.
I really love rippling and have two books with stitch patterns but as a person who loves to crochet there are always a zillion and one projects I want to do. Therefore it seems that ripple always get thrown to the back burner.
It has been a really long time since I have worked a ripple and I like the way this one is coming out. It is not finished yet as it is a scrap afghan so I had to wait to get more scraps. I do have a small bunch of balls building back up so I will get back to it soon. Then of course there are all those Christmas gifts to make. Anyone else have the same problem at this time of year?
