Slowly But Surely...

That's 3 repeats...and such a comforting knit!

heres an updated picture,... im no on to my next color choice

An Update...

Well here is my progress

does i tlook like im changing my colors the right way?
im gonna do border after im done for my edges
just wanna make sure it looks good

I made it!

I'm so proud! I managed to finish my first real ripple on time for my deadline yesterday, when it was to be used as a gift for a Christening.

Ok, so I had to crochet everywhere I went; at my friends house, in the car going to and fro, in front of the telly, at the hair dressers - and way into the night...

I'm so proud of the finished result and now feel ready to start learning how to read a pattern and get crocheting away. I have bought a magazine with some reasonably simple patterns and will be giving one of them a go in the near future.

Thank you for your kind comments on my blog. I'm proud to be able to call myself not just a crocheter, but a rippler to boot!

First set complete

Yesterday night I added the last colour in my set, I'm going to repeat the set about 5 times.
When complete it should be 150 cm long & about 140 cm wide I think, abit wider than I had planned from the beginning, but nevermind. More cosy rippley goodness to curl up in.
