My Friend Ripple

I'm really starting to enjoy my ripple. I'm not sure what did it, but the last few rows have convinced me to just roll with it. I usually like to plan my projects, so it's been fun to just see what colors follow as I go:

I have more yarn on the way to refill the fruit bowl when I'm out. I'm saving some of the lavender for the border.

Your afghan is gorgeous -- I love the muted, "antique" colors you're using -- and your words are encouraging. I've been so unhappy with my own rippling (in comparison to ones like yours & others on the blog) that I thought about giving up today, but late this evening I started to feel some fledgling pleasure while looking at my nine "waves" from across the room!

I may even be brave enough to post a picture when I have a little more done.
