First foray...
I just learnt to crochet a few weeks ago, and am starting a ripple scarf. Had to frog the first few tries but then seemed to get better.
Let me know what you think of the colours.
Early attempts at granny quares and amigurumi included too...
PS: not sure why the pic is upside down, but you get the drift

Welcome to the ripple and to crocheting. It's all a bunch of fun! Looks like you've got a really good handle on the basics already!
this is such a cute little collection of crochet beginnings! Welcome to the addictive world of crochet! :)
Great colors! So happy and cheerful! :D
The colours are yummy! I love the cupcakes too.
...and you've only been crocheting for a few weeks? Well done! =]
Great colors. They make me think of sherbet. The cupcakes are cute.
Seeing the granny squares with the ripple swatch made me start thinking of how you might use granny squares in a ripple afghan. You may have given me an idea for a new pattern.
Happy rippling!
Amazing! You just learned and your stitching is great! Love the cupcakes, the colors and all! If you are pleased with it, go with it!
Cannot wait to see it all finished and future projects!

I like those colors. Very nice. Also, I KNOW this is picky, I'm sorry I was an English major. The word is "learned" not "learnt".
Thanks everyone! I love this crafting blogging thing so much, I'm going to start my own blog. Check it out gauzecelebre.blogspot.com, and help me choose a name. Gauze Celebre is temporary.
Excuse the spelling mistakes!
Love the colors!
super cute! way to go! The granny squares are great, too.
