I'm working on a round ripple pattern I found over at Bernat's website:
The pattern starts out a bit finicky- I've had to alter a couple of spots to keep it lying flat. I think it's going to turn out pretty though! I'm working it up in Oyster Heather and Spruce worsted weight Wool of the Andes from KnitPicks.
In other news, there's a giveaway going on at my blog! I have a set of three adorable handmade dishcloths to give away in celebration of my blogiversary. To enter, just hop over to the giveaway post on my blog and leave a comment. Easy as pie(or Chrysanthemums, in this case)! :)

A yarn sale
This is a bit off topic, but something I thought everyone here would find useful. I'm not associated with the company at all, but I happened to see this and thought it was worth sharing.
There's a sale on at Pisgah Yarn & Dyeing Company's website. In case you didn't know, they're the manufacturers of Peaches & Creme, Honeysuckle, and America's Best yarns and threads. The sale is 50% off everything except for Peaches & Creme. They have sport weight cotton yarns in their honeysuckle line, as well as a ton of crochet threads, for all you doilymakers out there.

Baby Ripple
A finished ripple, for my soon-to-be baby niece. I'd had a bunch of Knitpicks Shine Worsted stashed for ages, and FINALLY it became this blanket. I love the colors, and the yarn gets amazing drape.

Ravelry: packnits' Cinnamon Ripple Afghan
Ravelry: packnits' Cinnamon Ripple Afghan
I finally finished this last week after months of occasionally working on it. Turned out big--73x46 inches, unstretched, and it's quite stretchy. So far being put to a lot of use on the couch.
