Slowly but surely it is getting done. I've already got several more in my head and some yarn bought for Christmas gifties.

I love to sit out here while the kids are swimming. Give me my project, some iced tea, a cd player and some bug spray and I'm set for the afternoon. Of course I do swim too but not the marathons the kids can pull off.

Ooh.. I'm so envious... I'd love to wheel out by the pool and ripple to my hearts content. You're so very lucky... :)

I've been doing the same thing, only grannies instead of ripples. A great way to pass an afternoon and get the kids tuckered out.

Invite us all over! I can remember those days, my nest is empty, but I do remember keeping my crochet project on the patio table and working on the edge so it would not be all over me as I sat near the pool in 99+ degree weather.

Ahh, summer time!

That looks soooo relaxing. I usually take my sock project when I go to sit on the dock and watch my girl splash in the lake...but oh, dear, how many times have I dropped a size 0 sock needle through the boards and into the dark water under the dock! And how many times has my husband had to go under with snorkel and mask and retrieve it!

You ripple is lovely...
