Even when I pull it tight, there isn't any resistance in the base chain. Yay!

It was a good lesson for future ripples... definitely. :)Risshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16834913699836654673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2668884398846525478.post-47366107960794511892007-06-21T20:26:00.000-05:002007-06-21T20:26:00.000-05:00Your work is great! =:)Your work is great! =:)Rosanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14757394635615386978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2668884398846525478.post-45433259241446065862007-06-20T16:48:00.000-05:002007-06-20T16:48:00.000-05:00I would do your chain with a larger size and then ...I would do your chain with a larger size and then use the smaller hook for the rest of the blanket. That way the first row won't pull so much and it will lie flat. Nothin wrong with using homespun and it comes in lots of colors and it goes on sale alot.Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16460987416210029679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2668884398846525478.post-60058343623405806972007-06-20T14:19:00.000-05:002007-06-20T14:19:00.000-05:00I'm working on a hardcore small budget (whatever I...I'm working on a hardcore small budget (whatever I can get my gram to buy for me once a week) so I was trying to go for quantity...

But now thinking about it, and after getting away from it (i've started a granny) I think I am going to frog and start over again with a K. The ripple will not hold its shape and be no fun.
I like the homespun effect, so if you like the softness, go buy some more and carry on!Aninahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09091917715539875575noreply@blogger.com
